新型耐火材料对柴窑发展的影响

【摘要】:柴烧是指以柴木为燃料,在特定的窑体中以特定的升温曲线烧造陶瓷坯体的烧造方式,它既是现代陶艺家对待泥土的一种态度,也是现代陶艺家的一种生活方式。本文以古代龙窑、馒头窑、葫芦窑、镇窑和现代柴窑的异同进行对比,对新型耐火材料进行系列研究,得出新型耐火材料的出现推动了柴窑发展:1、现代柴窑可根据实际情况,自行设计窑炉的容积、类型、尺寸,而窑炉的相关设计将会影响烧成温度、气氛、灰烬的数量和飘落的位置、升温速度及其他诸多因素。2、现代柴窑更能体现柴烧的特殊效果,产生丰富的窑变肌理,方便艺术家从事颇具实验性的窑变效果研究。可以让作品产生亮光表面肌理、亚光表面肌理、树皮肌理、瓜皮肌理、焦土肌理、侵蚀肌理、开裂肌理等等特殊效果,更好的追求作品有意味的形式。3、现代柴窑中新型耐高温材料的运用,方便了建造柴窑的整个过程。耐火砖的重量和密度都很大,使整个窑体升温和降温速度较慢,从而让作品有效生成肌理和颜色。耐火砖的运用增强了窑体的使用年限。本文阐述了新型耐火材料在柴窑发展中的推动作用,强调柴烧的过程之于现代陶艺审美的重要意义,以期能拓宽现代柴窑的构建、完善现代陶艺的理论体系,更希望对现代陶艺创作者有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Firewood burning refers to the burning way of ceramic billets in particular kilns with firewood as fuel and with specific heating curves. It is not only a kind of attitude of modern ceramic artists towards soil, but also a way of life of modern ceramic artists. By comparing the similarities and differences between ancient long kiln, steamed bread kiln, gourd kiln, town kiln and modern firewood kiln, this paper makes a series study on new refractory materials, and concludes that the emergence of new refractory materials has promoted the development of firewood kiln: 1, and modern firewood kiln can be developed according to the actual situation. The volume, type and size of the kiln designed by itself, and the relevant design of the kiln will affect the firing temperature, atmosphere, quantity and falling position of ash, heating rate and many other factors .2. the modern firewood kiln can better reflect the special effect of firewood burning. Produce rich kiln texture, convenient for artists to engage in experimental kiln change effect research. Works can produce bright surface texture, sub-smooth surface texture, bark texture, melon skin texture, scorched soil texture, erosion texture, cracking texture and other special effects. The application of new high temperature resistant materials in modern firewood kiln facilitates the whole process of building firewood kiln. The weight and density of refractory brick are very large, which makes the whole kiln body warm and cool slowly, so that the work can generate texture and color effectively. The use of refractory brick enhances the service life of kiln body. This paper expounds the role of new refractory in the development of firewood kiln, and emphasizes the importance of the process of firewood burning to the aesthetic of modern ceramic art, in order to widen the construction of modern firewood kiln and perfect the theoretical system of modern ceramic art. I hope it will benefit the modern ceramic artists.
