离子膜法制碱的技术改造研究

【摘要】:电解槽是制碱工艺的核心高耗能设备,在本课题,我们对新疆华泰公司氯碱厂电解车间的离子膜电解槽进行了技术改造研究。(1)结合实际生产状况,对工艺改造前的电耗数据进行了分析研究,可以优化烧碱浓度、阳极液循环量、.温度、盐水中杂质、电解槽内的压力和压差、阳极液pH值和浓度这些条件,来提高电解槽效率,而更换离子膜的膜极距改造是大幅度降低电耗的有效途径。(2)通过对比四个不同厂家膜极距在电解槽上的使用性能,确立了最佳的膜极距,结果表明,膜极距改造后,明显降低了槽电压和电耗,据此,对全厂的膜极距进行了改造。(3)针对膜极距改造的电解槽,把阴极系统的设备、管线、板换的材质由不锈钢或碳钢更换为镍材质,增加一套树脂塔装备,投用更新数据控制信息化系统,加强对生产数据的监控与管理。(4)通过对工艺改造前后的数据进行对比,得出工艺改造达到了增加碱产量,降低槽电压,降低电耗的目的。
[Abstract]:Electrolytic cell is the core energy consuming equipment of alkali making process. In this subject, we studied the technical transformation of ionic membrane electrolytic cell in chlor-alkali plant of Xinjiang Huatai Company. (1) combined with the actual production situation, The data of electricity consumption before revamping are analyzed and studied, which can optimize the concentration of caustic soda and the circulating quantity of anodic liquid. Temperature, impurity in brine, pressure and pressure difference in electrolytic cell, pH value and concentration of anodic solution to improve the efficiency of electrolytic cell, The change of membrane pole distance of ion membrane is an effective way to reduce electricity consumption greatly. (2) by comparing the performance of membrane pole distance in electrolytic cell from four different manufacturers, the best membrane pole distance is established. The results show that after the membrane pole distance transformation, The cell voltage and electricity consumption are obviously reduced. Accordingly, the film pole distance of the whole plant has been modified. (3) for the electrolytic cell modified by the film pole distance, the material of cathode system equipment, pipeline and plate is changed from stainless steel or carbon steel to nickel material. Add a set of resin tower equipment, use updated data control information system, strengthen the monitoring and management of production data. (4) through the comparison of the data before and after the process transformation, it is concluded that the process modification can increase the alkali production and reduce the tank voltage. The purpose of reducing electricity consumption.
