复合导向浮阀塔板的性能研究及应用

【摘要】:导向浮阀塔板具有较好的水力学和传质特性,广泛应用于各种工业塔设备中。本研究课题在矩形导向浮阀塔板的基础上,通过在浮阀间增开筛孔,得到复合塔板CDV;在塔板CDV的液流进口处增加导向孔,得到复合塔板CDV-GH。在1500 mm×450mm矩形塔内,采用空气-水体系测定了复合塔板CDV与复合塔板CDV-GH水力学相关数据,采用空气-水-二氧化碳体系测定了它们的板效率。通过对实验数据比较发现,在相同的液流强度和相同的阀孔动能因子条件下,复合塔板CDV-GH比复合塔板CDV具有更好的水力学特性和传质效率。本文测定了复合塔板CDV-GH的水力学性能,包括液面梯度、雾沫夹带率、板压降及漏液点孔速;测定了复合塔板CDV-GH的板效率;利用MATLAB进行拟合得到对应的数学关联式,为工业设计提供了依据。在某汽柴油加氢精制分馏塔的改造中应用复合塔板CDV-GH,板压降降低约10%,产品精制柴油中硫含量由原来的110μg/g减少到10 μg/g,氮含量由原来的97μg/g减少到10μg/g,节能减排效果明显。
[Abstract]:The guide valve tray has good hydraulic and mass transfer characteristics and is widely used in various industrial tower equipment. On the basis of rectangular guide valve tray, the composite tray CDV was obtained by adding sieve holes between the floating valves, and the composite tray CDV-GH was obtained by adding a guide hole at the inlet of the tray CDV liquid flow. In a 1500 mm 脳 450mm rectangular tower, the hydraulics data of CDV and CDV-GH were measured by air-water system, and their plate efficiency was measured by air-water-carbon dioxide system. By comparing the experimental data, it is found that under the condition of the same liquid flow intensity and the same kinetic energy factor of the valve hole, the composite tray CDV-GH has better hydraulic characteristics and mass transfer efficiency than the composite tray CDV. In this paper, the hydraulic properties of composite tray CDV-GH are measured, including liquid level gradient, entrainment rate, plate pressure drop and leakage point pore velocity, plate efficiency of composite tray CDV-GH is measured, and the corresponding mathematical correlation is obtained by MATLAB fitting. It provides the basis for industrial design. In the revamping of a gasoline and diesel hydrofining fractionator, the plate pressure drop is reduced by about 10%, the sulfur content in refined diesel oil is reduced from 110 渭 g / g to 10 渭 g / g, the nitrogen content is reduced from 97 渭 g / g to 10 渭 g / g, and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction is obvious.
