石油焦脱杂机理及脱硫动力学研究

【摘要】:特种石墨是一种战略资源,石油焦是制备特种石墨的原料之一,其杂质含量会影响石墨制品的性能,所以研究石油焦脱硫技术具有重要的意义。本项目以石油焦为研究对象,采用加压湿法冶金新技术、加碱焙烧法等实验研究石油焦的最优脱硫条件。考察了焙烧时间、焙烧温度、脱硫剂掺杂比例对生焦脱硫率的影响,利用TG-DSC联合法对样品进行分析,研究了生焦与脱硫剂焙烧脱硫反应的动力学,结果如下。石油焦掺杂KOH焙烧脱硫的最优条件为:反应温度1073 K,反应时间1.5 h,KOH掺杂比例100%,最大脱硫率可达63.36.%。KOH焙烧脱硫反应所需的活化能E为206.12kJ-mol"1,指前因子A为2.83×107/min-1,反应机理函数为f(α)=(1-α)331。石油焦掺杂NaHCO3焙烧脱硫的最优条件为:反应温度1073 K,反应时间1.5 h,NaHCO3掺杂比例100%,最大脱硫率可达63%。NaHCO3焙烧脱硫反应所需的活化能E为209.26 kJ·mol-1,指前因子A为2.89×107/min-1,反应机理函数为f(α)=(1-α)3.29。石油焦掺杂CaO焙烧脱硫的最优条件为:反应温度1173 K,反应时间1h,CaO掺杂比例75%,最大脱硫率可达47%。CaO焙烧脱硫反应所需的活化能E为150.8kJ·mol-1,指前因子A为6.98×1011/min-1,反应机理函数为f(α)=(1-α)2.54。石油焦掺杂NaOH焙烧脱硫的最优条件为,反应温度1173 K,反应时间1 h,NaOH掺杂比例25%,最大脱硫率可达56%,主要产物为FeS、S、Na2SO4、CaSO4。NaOH焙烧脱硫反应所需的活化台E为26.12 kJ·mol-1,指前因子A为1.83/min-1,反应机理函数为f(a)=(1-α)0.09。石油焦掺杂Na2CO3焙烧脱硫的最优条件为,反应温度1173 K,反应时间1h,Na2CO3掺杂比例25%,最大脱硫率可达56%,Na2CO3焙烧脱硫反应所需的活化能E为157.12kJ·mol-1,指前因子A为5.4×108/min-1,反应机理函数为f(α)=(1-α)6.13。
[Abstract]:Special graphite is a strategic resource. Petroleum coke is one of the raw materials for the preparation of special graphite. Its impurity content will affect the performance of graphite products, so it is of great significance to study the desulfurization technology of petroleum coke. Taking petroleum coke as the research object, the optimum desulphurization conditions of petroleum coke were studied by using the new technology of hydrometallurgy under pressure and the method of alkali roasting. The effects of calcination time, calcination temperature and the doping ratio of desulphurizer on the desulfurization rate of coke were investigated. The kinetics of roasting desulfurization reaction between coke and desulfurizer was studied by TG-DSC method. The results are as follows. The optimum conditions for roasting desulfurization of petroleum coke doped with KOH are as follows: reaction temperature 1073 K, reaction time 1.5 h Koh doping ratio 100, the activation energy E of maximum desulfurization rate up to that of 63.36.%.KOH roasting desulfurization reaction is 206.12kJ-mol "1, preexponential factor A is 2.83 脳 10 7 / min -1, reaction mechanism function is f (伪) = (1- 伪) 331.
