粉煤灰磷石膏残渣硅酸盐制品性能的研究

【摘要】:粉煤灰和磷石膏残渣都属于工业副产品,大量堆存不仅会恶化土壤、污染环境,而且还会造成资源浪费,这有悖于可持续发展的理念。本文结合粉煤灰及磷石膏残渣的成分特点,研究了它们作为胶凝材料应用于硅酸盐制品之中的可行性。首先对磷石膏残渣和粉煤灰的主要化学成分及物相组成进行分析,结果表明研究所采用的磷石膏残渣中主要成分为氧化钙,而粉煤灰中含有大量的Si O2,即原材料适用于硅酸盐制品的研究。在粉煤灰与磷石膏残渣硅酸盐制品中,净浆试件的力学性能是粉煤灰活性大小的直接衡量标准,本文研究了粉煤灰掺量、激发剂种类及制品的养护制度等因素对粉煤灰磷石膏残渣硅酸盐制品力学强度的影响,进而判断各个因素对粉煤灰活性的激发效果。研究结果表明:粉煤灰掺量几乎不影响硅酸盐制品的强度,水泥和Na OH对粉煤灰活性均有一定的激发作用,且当水泥掺量达到8%、Na OH掺量达到6%时,此激发效果更加明显。此外,研究结果发现:对于已经掺加激发剂的硅酸盐制品,采用高温蒸养的方法并不能继续提高其抗压强度及抗折强度。在粉煤灰磷石膏残渣硅酸盐制品力学性能研究的基础上,本文还对制品的抗冻性和抗碳化性能进行研究。结果发现:随着Na OH掺量的增加,粉煤灰磷石膏残渣硅酸盐制品的抗冻性和抗碳化性逐渐改善,且当Na OH掺量达到4%时,此作用效果更加显著。而水泥对于增强粉煤灰磷石膏残渣硅酸盐制品的抗冻性能力和抗碳化性能力的作用不大。最后,本文对粉煤灰磷石膏残渣硅酸盐制品的组成及显微结构进行分析,研究结果显示:相对于水泥而言,Na OH对于激发粉煤灰活性具有更为显著的效果,且水化产物的生成与发展及制品的密实度等均随NaOH掺量的增加而逐渐改善。
[Abstract]:Fly ash and phosphogypsum residue are industrial by-products, which will not only worsen the soil, pollute the environment, but also cause waste of resources, which is contrary to the idea of sustainable development. Based on the composition characteristics of fly ash and phosphogypsum residue, the feasibility of their application in silicate products as cementitious materials was studied. Firstly, the main chemical composition and phase composition of phosphogypsum residue and fly ash are analyzed. The results show that the main component of phosphogypsum residue is calcium oxide. Fly ash contains a large amount of Sio _ 2, that is, raw materials are suitable for the study of silicate products. In the silicate products of fly ash and phosphogypsum residue, the mechanical properties of the clean paste specimen are the direct measure standard of the fly ash activity. The content of fly ash is studied in this paper. The effects of activator type and curing system on mechanical strength of fly ash phosphogypsum residue silicate products are discussed, and the activation effect of each factor on fly ash activity is judged. The results show that the content of fly ash has little effect on the strength of silicate products. Both cement and NaOH can excite the activity of fly ash to some extent, and when the content of cement reaches 8% and Na OH content reaches 6%, the effect is more obvious. In addition, it is found that the high temperature steaming method can not improve the compressive strength and flexural strength of silicate products which have been mixed with activator. Based on the study of mechanical properties of fly ash phosphogypsum residue silicate products, the freezing resistance and carbonation resistance of the products are also studied in this paper. The results show that with the increase of NaOH content, the frost resistance and carbonation resistance of the silicate products from phosphogypsum residue of fly ash are improved gradually, and the effect is more remarkable when the content of NaOH reaches 4%. But cement has little effect on enhancing the frost resistance and carbonation resistance of fly ash phosphogypsum residue silicate products. Finally, the composition and microstructure of fly ash phosphogypsum residue silicate products are analyzed in this paper. The results show that NaOH has more remarkable effect on the activation of fly ash than cement. The formation and development of hydration products and the compactness of the products improved with the increase of NaOH content.
