基于PKS的反应釜pH值控制系统设计

【摘要】:现如今石油化工生产自动化水平发展特别快,工厂对工业控制系统的需求也越来越强烈,因此对于石油化工生产单位来讲,开发出容易实现,又可以很好控制效果自动化成套系统,是具有十分重要的现实意义。本文是根据化工厂反应釜生产过程中pH值控制的不精确,以及存在的滞后、延时等问题进行分析,研究出一种控制算法应用于所在控制平台Experion PKS的反应釜pH值控制中。首先针对国内外DCS的发展及现状、反应釜控制的发展进行了了解,接下来通过分析反应釜控制的特点并针对反应釜各个器件进行设计选型;然后研究针对反应釜pH值的控制算法,将传统PID控制算法以及模糊控制算法的特点进行研究、分析、比对,设计出将模糊控制和传统PID控制相结合的方式,形成新的控制方法,再进行实验仿真,并得到了良好的控制;接下来对反应釜控制系统的整个硬件结构进行了分析,介绍了控制系统的硬件选型和数据点的配置,再根据各个控制子系统的要求,采用Experion PKS系统对反应釜控制系统的各个子系统进行了组态,完成了对反应釜控制各个子系统的具体控制与设计;最后将反应釜pH值在Experion PKS平台上进行模块编程,采用调取pH值控制功能模块的方式,使得反应釜pH值的控制算法在Experion PKS上的实现。最终,解决了化工工业生产中对于反应釜pH值控制在Experion PKS控制平台上的应用。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the level of petrochemical production automation is developing very rapidly, and the demand for industrial control systems in factories is becoming increasingly strong. Therefore, for petrochemical production units, it is easy to develop and realize. Also can control the effect of complete sets of systems, is of great practical significance. Based on the analysis of the inaccuracy of pH control in the process of chemical plant reactor production, as well as the problems of lag and delay, a control algorithm is developed and applied to the pH control of reaction kettle based on the control platform Experion PKS. Firstly, according to the development and current situation of DCS at home and abroad, the development of reactor control is understood. Then, the characteristics of reactor control are analyzed and the design and selection of each device are carried out. Then the control algorithm for pH value of reactor is studied, the characteristics of traditional PID control algorithm and fuzzy control algorithm are studied, analyzed, compared and designed to combine fuzzy control with traditional PID control to form a new control method. Secondly, the whole hardware structure of the reactor control system is analyzed, the hardware selection of the control system and the configuration of the data points are introduced, and then according to the requirements of each control subsystem, The Experion PKS system is used to configure each subsystem of the reactor control system, and the specific control and design of each subsystem are completed. Finally, the pH value of the reactor is programmed on the Experion PKS platform. The pH control algorithm of the reactor is realized on Experion PKS by using the function module of pH control. Finally, the application of pH control in chemical industry to Experion PKS control platform is solved.
