中国合成云母的物理化学性质及比较研究

【摘要】:为了解我国合成云母产品质量现状,为其研究与应用提供科学依据,开展了我国主要产区工业级、珠光级、化妆品级等不同品级合成云母的重要物理化学性质及比较研究,结果表明:我国不同品级合成云母的主要化学成分基本相同,平均值为w(SiO_2)44.08%,w(MgO)24.80%,w(Al_2O_3)12.92%,w(K_2O)11.12%,w(F)6.65%;有害元素含量都很低,Pb+Cd平均值为0.42×10~(-6),其中化妆品级的Pb为0.05×10~(-6),明显低于珠光级和工业级;室温~1 000℃,不同品级合成云母除吸附水外几乎没有热失重,热稳定性能好;白度平均值高达98.87%,其中化妆品级珠光级工业级;电阻率基本相同,其体积电阻率和表面电阻率平均值分别为1.79×10~9Ω·cm和1.86×10~9Ω,绝缘性能优异;除电阻率相当外,我国合成云母的物理化学性质都明显优于天然白云母和金云母。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the present situation of synthetic mica product quality in China and provide scientific basis for its research and application, the important physical and chemical properties and comparative studies of synthetic mica of different grades, such as industrial grade, pearlite grade and cosmetics grade, were carried out in the main producing areas of China.
