新型阻垢剂的合成及其阻垢性能的研究

【摘要】:在循环冷却系统和工业管道中存在严重的结垢问题,直接导致产率下降和高能量消耗。使用阻垢剂是抑制垢形成的最佳方法。本论文主要合成了三种阻垢剂,分别是二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸、磺酸基团修饰的聚马来酸酐和乙二胺接枝丙烯酸-丙烯酸甲酯。通过IR、TG、XPS和ES-MS等实验方法对合成产物进行了表征,并对影响阻垢剂性能的因素进行了研究。主要工作可概括如下:采用一锅法以二乙烯三胺、甲醛、亚磷酸为原料在盐酸作催化剂的条件下合成了二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸(DETPMP)。对不同反应时间下合成的DETPMP的产物进行了电喷雾质谱分析。通过质谱峰及实验和理论的同位素分析对产物中DETPMP的相对含量进行了分析发现:在二乙烯三胺、甲醛、亚磷酸按照摩尔比1:10:5,温度100-105℃,反应时间4 h可得到DETPMP百分含量较高的混合物。用40%的氢氧化钠溶液对反应混合液进行处理得到钠盐(DETPMPS)。研究了不同浓度的DETPMP和DETPMPS对硫酸钙的阻垢性能的影响,结果表明:在含1.51 g/L的钙离子溶液中加入10 mg/L DETPMPS,其阻垢率达到94.55%。采用正交实验法研究低于马来酸酐质量10%的烯丙基磺酸钠修饰的聚马来酸酐(MA-SAS)的合成及其阻垢性能。在阻垢效果的基础上确定最佳实验条件:马来酸酐、烯丙基磺酸钠和氢氧化钠的摩尔比为1:0.05:1.8;过硫酸钾占马来酸酐的质量比为4%且反应温度为85?C。在此条件下合成的MA-SAS对硫酸钙的阻垢率达到90.06%,而且相同条件下合成的聚马来酸酐和马来酸酐-烯丙基磺酸钠的阻垢对比实验说明磺酸基团的引入提高了聚马来酸酐的阻垢性能。实验发现,该阻垢剂在60-70°C的温度范围内具有较高的阻垢性能,但不适宜于高温环境。以AIBN为引发剂,合成了丙烯酸-丙烯酸甲酯的聚合物,并通过酰胺化反应合成了乙二胺接枝丙烯酸-丙烯酸甲酯(P-AAMA-EDA)。当P-AAMA-EDA的浓度为6mg/L时,对碳酸钙的阻垢率达到84%,而常用的阻垢剂如PAA、HPMA和T-225对碳酸钙的阻垢率为20-60%,文献中报道的AA-APEC的阻垢率为65%。在低浓度下,P-AAMA-EDA同样表现出很好的阻垢性能阻止硫酸钙的沉积。在浓度为0.5 mg/L时,阻垢率为80%,相同浓度下商用阻垢剂PAA和PESA均为55%,AMPS仅为20%。另外,提出了P-AAMA-EDA对碳酸钙及硫酸钙的作用机理,其优异的阻垢性能归因于分子中羧基和氨基的协同作用。
[Abstract]:There are serious scaling problems in circulating cooling system and industrial pipeline, which directly lead to the decrease of yield and high energy consumption. The use of scale inhibitor is the best way to inhibit the formation of scale. In this paper, three kinds of scale inhibitors were synthesized: diethylenetriamine pentamethylphosphonic acid, sulfonic group modified polymaleic anhydride and ethylenediamine grafted acrylic acid-methyl acrylate. The synthetic product was characterized by IR,TG,XPS and ES-MS, and the factors affecting the performance of scale inhibitor were studied. The main work can be summarized as follows: diethylenetriamine pentamethylphosphonic acid (DETPMP).) was synthesized with diethylenetriamine, formaldehyde and phosphorous acid as raw materials by one-pot method under hydrochloric acid as catalyst. The products of DETPMP synthesized at different reaction times were analyzed by electrospray mass spectrometry. The relative content of DETPMP in the product was analyzed by mass spectrometry peak and experimental and theoretical isotopic analysis. It was found that the relative content of DETPMP in diethylenetriamine, formaldehyde and phosphorous acid was 1: 10: 5 in molar ratio, and the temperature was 100-105 鈩,
