氯化物三价铬镀铬液中氯离子和溴离子总浓度的测定

【摘要】：制定了氯化物三价铬镀铬液中氯离子和溴离子总浓度的测定方法。用硼酸调节试液pH大约至6.5,以饱和铬酸钾溶液作指示剂,用硝酸银滴定法测定氯离子和溴离子。试验表明,在pH=6.5的条件下,镀液中的铵根离子不能与银离子生成配合物,对测定无干扰。本法的相对平均偏差为0.26%,回收率为99.94%~101.99%。
[Abstract]:A method for the determination of total concentration of chloride and bromine ions in trivalent chromium plating solution was established. The boric acid was used to adjust the pH of the test solution to about 6.5, and the saturated potassium chromate solution was used as indicator to determine the chloride ion and bromine ion by silver nitrate titration. The results show that under the condition of pH=6.5, the ammonium ion in the plating solution can not form a complex with silver ion, and there is no interference in the determination. The relative average deviation of this method is 0.26 and the recovery is 99.940.101.99.
