聚羧酸减水剂含固量测试结果影响因素的研究

【摘要】:采取重量法系统地研究母液种类、试验样品量、烘干时间、烘干温度、复配材料等因素对聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)含固量测试测试值的影响。结果表明:按照现行国家标准GB/T 8077—2012《混凝土外加剂匀质性试验方法》规定的重量法测试聚羧酸减水剂含固量时,因操作方法不统一,常常出现实测值与理论值存在较大偏差的情况。当取样量在4 g左右、烘干时间为4~6 h、烘干温度为105℃时,聚羧酸母液及成品含固量的测试结果与理论值较为吻合。
[Abstract]:The effects of mother liquor type, sample quantity, drying time, drying temperature and compound materials on the solid content of polycarboxylic acid reducer (PCE) were studied systematically by gravimetric method. The results show that when the solid content of polycarboxylic acid water reducer is measured by gravimetric method according to the present national standard GB/T 8077-2012 "testing method for homogeneity of concrete admixture", the operation method is not uniform.
