松木屑催化气化制取富氢燃气

【摘要】:以松木屑为生物质原料,水蒸气为气化介质,使用自制镍基复合催化剂Ni-CaO,在固定床气化炉中进行生物质催化气化反应,考察了催化剂用量、气化温度和水蒸气流量对生物质水蒸气气化制氢特性的影响。结果表明,当催化剂与原料质量比由0增加至1.5时,H_2体积分数由45.58%增至60.23%,产氢率由38.80g/kg增至93.75g/kg,当催化剂与原料质量比为2时,两者均有增加,但是变化不明显。温度从700℃增至750℃时,燃气中H_2的体积分数由54.24%增至60.23%,CO_2由21.09%降至13.18%,继续升高温度,H_2的体积分数和燃气热值均逐渐降低,以Ni-CaO为催化剂时750℃是制取富氢燃气的最佳气化温度。当气化温度为750℃,催化剂与原料质量比为1.5,水蒸气通入量为0.34g/(min·g)时,H_2体积分数为60.23%,产氢率为93.75g/kg,燃气热值为12.13MJ/m~3。
[Abstract]:Using pine sawdust as biomass raw material and steam as gasification medium, the biomass catalytic gasification reaction was carried out in a fixed bed gasifier using self-made nickel-based composite catalyst Ni-CaO,.
