复合无磷缓蚀阻垢剂的性能研究及应用

【摘要】:以环保型缓蚀剂阳离子咪唑啉、A-2000、HPMA、无机锌盐和BTA为组分,按质量比40:10:10:6:1复配,得到一种新型高效无磷缓蚀阻垢剂DJ-NP01。采用动态模拟失量法、静态阻垢实验及电化学实验研究了DJ-NP01的缓蚀阻垢性能,并且探究了无磷药剂DJ-NP01的分光光度检测法。结果表明,DJ-NP01的质量浓度为150 mg/L时,缓蚀率达93%;DJ-NP01的质量浓度大于100 mg/L时,阻垢率达到90%以上。现场的应用表明,DJ-NP01在开放式和密闭式系统均能够产生很好效果,水处理费用仅0.568元/t,具有广阔的应用前景。
[Abstract]:Using Cationic Imidazoline (Cationic Imidazoline) (Cationic Imidazoline) as an inhibitor, inorganic zinc salt and BTA as components, a new kind of high efficiency non-phosphorous corrosion and scale inhibitor DJ-NP01. was obtained by mass ratio of 40: 10: 10: 6: 1. The corrosion and scale inhibition performance of DJ-NP01 was studied by dynamic simulation method, static scale inhibition experiment and electrochemical experiment, and the spectrophotometric method of DJ-NP01 without phosphorus was studied. The results show that when the mass concentration of DJ-NP01 is 150 mg/L, the corrosion inhibition rate of DJ-NP01 is over 90% when the mass concentration of DJ-NP01 is more than 100 mg/L. The field application shows that DJ-NP01 can produce good results in both open and closed systems, and the water treatment cost is only 0.568 yuan / t, so it has a broad application prospect.
