还原剂在碱酸法石墨提纯中除铁效果的研究

【摘要】:石墨在酸洗过程中加入还原剂将铁离子转化为亚铁离子,降低了溶出所需酸度,促进了溶出量的增加,提高了提纯速率。酸加还原剂的配方较仅用酸时令铁离子更快速地溶出,部分还原剂在1h内可以将处理液中铁浓度提高28.64%。在石墨酸洗过程中添加适当还原剂,不仅是降低石墨中高残留的铁离子是一种有效的方法,更可以缩短提纯时间一半以上。
[Abstract]:In the process of acid washing, graphite added reducing agent to transform iron ion into ferrous ion, which reduced the acidity needed for dissolution, promoted the increase of dissolution amount and increased the rate of purification. The formula of acid plus reducing agent can dissolve more quickly than only iron ion at the time of acid, and some reductants can increase the concentration of iron in the treatment solution by 28.64% within 1 hour. Adding a suitable reductant in graphite pickling process is not only an effective method to reduce the iron ions in graphite, but also can shorten the purification time by more than half.
