臭氧系统安全分析与评价

【摘要】:随着臭氧技术的普及,在跨越式的提高臭氧生产效率的同时,事故和故障层出不穷,而国内臭氧系统的安全研究几乎空白,本文依据系统安全理论,对臭氧系统安全进行研究。针对亟待解决臭氧系统的安全问题进行研究,根据系统安全理论,将臭氧系统看做是人-机-环境三个基本因素组成的系统。探讨了臭氧系统可能发生的事故及其危害,包括触电事故、火灾事故、系统故障事故等电气事故,以及化学危害,即臭氧对人和设备的危害。通过分析以上事故和危害,找出造成事故产生的因素。定性或定量的分析三个子系统中影响因素,给出相应的安全设计方案或防护措施,例如设备子系统中包括选择绝缘材料,计算导线线径,降低事故发生率。基于安全分析,提出了对臭氧系统安全评价的一种原则,以设备子系统的安全为主要研究对象,将臭氧系统的核心一设备子系统分为三个评价等级,即安全、合格和危险,用模糊评价法对设备系统进行安全评价,而环境子系统和人员管理子系统作为次要对象,设计安全检查表法,应用其判定其安全与否。综合上述研究,建立了提高臭氧系统安全性的工作流程,即首先选择本身固有安全的臭氧发生器,其次选择安全可靠的系统环境,最后需要建立加强安全的工作管理制度等。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of ozone technology, accidents and failures emerge in succession while the efficiency of ozone production is improved by leaps and bounds. However, there is almost no research on the safety of ozone system in China. In this paper, the safety of ozone system is studied according to the system safety theory. According to the safety theory of ozone system, ozone system is regarded as a system composed of three basic factors: man, machine and environment. The possible accidents and their hazards in ozone system are discussed, including electrical accidents, fire accidents, system failures, and chemical hazards, that is, the hazards of ozone to human beings and equipment. Through the analysis of the above accidents and hazards, to find out the causes of accidents. The influencing factors in the three subsystems are analyzed qualitatively or quantitatively, and the corresponding safety design schemes or protective measures are given, such as the selection of insulation material in the equipment subsystem, the calculation of wire diameter, and the reduction of accident rate. Based on safety analysis, a principle for safety evaluation of ozone system is proposed. The safety of equipment subsystem is taken as the main research object, and the core of ozone system, equipment subsystem, is divided into three evaluation levels, that is, safety, qualification and danger. The fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the safety of the equipment system, and the environment subsystem and the personnel management subsystem are regarded as the secondary objects. The safety check table method is designed and applied to judge the safety of the equipment system. In order to improve the safety of ozone system, the workflow of improving the safety of ozone system is established, that is, first of all, the ozone generator is inherently safe, secondly, the system environment is safe and reliable, and finally, it is necessary to establish a safe work management system and so on.
