含水率对湿态混凝土抗压性能影响

【摘要】:为模拟湿态混凝土所处的短期水环境工作状态,将100 mm×100 mm×100 mm立方体混凝土试件浸于水中,通过浸水时间长短得到不同含水率后,进行试件轴心抗压试验。试验以不同配合比、含水率、养护时间为自变量,采用正交试验设计方法,重点研究了C30混凝土在不同龄期、不同含水率下的抗压性能。结果表明:含水率随浸水时间延长而增大,并趋于稳定;相同配合比及浸水时间下,随着养护时间的增长,混凝土的吸水量逐渐减少。混凝土极限抗压强度与含水率的变化规律因龄期的不同而存在差异。早期混凝土强度随含水率增长而增加;但含水率对28 d龄期强度影响不大,略有增加;40 d龄期时,含水率对极限强度呈现一定的"削弱"作用。
[Abstract]:In order to simulate the short term water environment of wet concrete, the specimens of 100 mm 脳 100 mm cubic concrete were immersed in water. The axial compression tests of the specimens were carried out after the different moisture content was obtained by immersion time. With different mix ratio, moisture content and curing time as independent variables, the compressive performance of C30 concrete under different age and moisture content was studied by orthogonal design method. The results show that the moisture content increases with the increase of soaking time and tends to be stable, and the water absorption of concrete decreases with the increase of curing time at the same mixing ratio and soaking time. The variation of ultimate compressive strength and moisture content of concrete varies with age. The strength of early concrete increases with the increase of moisture content, but the water content has little effect on the strength of 28 days old, and the water content has a certain "weakening" effect on the ultimate strength of concrete at 40 days of age.
