再生混凝土弹性模量的计算公式研究及计算误差对比分析

【摘要】：弹性模量是混凝土的重要力学指标,与普通混凝土相比再生混凝土的弹性模量要明显偏低,通过分析国内外学者的试验数据,采用控制初始误差的研究方法对再生混凝土的弹性模量计算公式进行拟合,并在计算公式中引入取代率这一影响参数;将拟合计算公式的计算结果与收集的国内外75组试验数据进行比较,计算结果与试验数值的相似度高、误差小。与其他研究者拟合的计算公式相比,提出的计算公式无论是在拟合数据的形态方面,还是在计算误差的控制方面,均具有良好的表现。研究结果可为再生混凝土结构的研究及工程应用提供一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Elastic modulus is an important mechanical index of concrete. Compared with ordinary concrete, the elastic modulus of recycled concrete is obviously lower. The calculation formula of elastic modulus of recycled concrete is fitted by the method of controlling initial error, and the influence parameter of substitution rate is introduced into the formula. The calculated results of the fitting formula are compared with 75 groups of experimental data collected at home and abroad. The similarity between the calculated results and the experimental values is high and the error is small. Compared with the formula fitted by other researchers, the proposed formula has a good performance both in the shape of the fitting data and in the control of the calculation error. The results can provide some reference value for the research and engineering application of recycled concrete structure.
