利用青霉素发酵废液制备混凝土试验研究

【摘要】:青霉素发酵废液经低温处理后可达到废水回用的标准。本文将青霉素发酵废液作为拌和水用于混凝土的制备,通过试验研究,测试了其对水泥标准稠度用水量、凝结时间和胶砂强度的影响,以及废水的不同掺入量对C30混凝土各强度的影响。研究表明:青霉素发酵废液对水泥的标准稠度用水量、凝结时间、砂浆的抗折和抗压强度稍有影响;制备水泥混凝土时,加入适量的青霉素发酵废液对混凝土的立方体抗压强度有一定的提高;但拌和水中废液的加入对混凝土的抗折强度有不同程度的降低。总之,青霉素发酵废液经科学处理后,可替代或部分替代普通自来水作为拌和水用于制备水泥混凝土。
[Abstract]:The waste liquid of penicillin fermentation can reach the standard of wastewater reuse after low temperature treatment. In this paper, penicillin fermentation waste liquid was used as mixing water to prepare concrete. The effects of penicillin fermentation waste liquid on cement standard consistency water consumption, setting time and cement sand strength were tested. And the influence of different amount of waste water on the strength of C 30 concrete. The results showed that the standard consistency, setting time, flexural and compressive strength of mortar were slightly affected by penicillin fermentation waste liquid. When the cement concrete is prepared, the cube compressive strength of the concrete is improved by adding the appropriate amount of penicillin fermentation waste liquid, but the flexural strength of the concrete is decreased by adding the waste liquid in the mixing water. In a word, after scientific treatment of penicillin fermentation waste liquid, it can substitute or partly replace ordinary tap water as mixing water to prepare cement concrete.
