自增韧建筑石膏基制品的制备

【摘要】:在建筑石膏中加入镍渣、微量煤矸石和生石灰,研究了养护方式和水泥对自增韧建筑石膏基制品强度和抗冲击性能的影响,通过X射线衍射和扫描电镜分析了增韧机理。结果表明:湿热养护方式下加入水泥能大幅度提升制品的韧性,标养28 d后在95℃下湿热养护3 h,掺入15%P·O42.5,自增韧建筑石膏基制品的抗折强度可达到4.05 MPa,抗冲击性能达到10.13 k J/m~2,性能优于普通增韧制品。XRD和SEM表明制品中生成了大量针状钙矾石相、絮状凝胶,这些物质或交叉生长,或填充孔洞,提高了制品的韧性。
[Abstract]:The effects of curing mode and cement on the strength and impact resistance of self-toughening building gypsum base products were studied by adding nickel slag, coal gangue and quicklime into the building gypsum. The toughening mechanism was analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the toughness of the products can be greatly improved by adding cement in the wet and thermal curing mode. The flexural strength of the self-toughening gypsum based products can reach 4.05 MPa, after 28 days of standard curing at 95 鈩,
