连续电镀工艺参数优化对镀金层耐硝酸腐蚀性能的影响

【摘要】:硝酸蒸气测试实质是全面检验电镀后端子金沉积层对其基材的防护能力,而防护能力的高低决定于金的沉积厚度和金沉积层的致密性。通过使用自主研发的镍镀液以及新的金镀液,实现了基材的填平,提高了金沉积层的致密性。配合各段(主要是镀金后)采取的防护措施,使端子在金膜厚度不超过32μm的情况下能够通过2 h硝酸蒸汽测试,满足了某跨国公司客户提出的对于端子质量的高要求。
[Abstract]:The essence of nitric acid vapor test is to check the protective ability of gold deposit layer on its substrate after electroplating, and the protection ability depends on the thickness of gold deposit and the density of gold deposit layer. By using the self-developed nickel bath and the new gold plating bath, the substrate was filled and the densification of the gold deposit was improved. With the protective measures adopted in each section (mainly after gold plating), the terminal can pass 2 h nitric acid steam test under the condition that the thickness of gold film is not more than 32 渭 m, which meets the high requirement for the terminal quality put forward by the customer of a multinational company.
