车削玻璃陶瓷的刀具磨损试验研究

【摘要】:以刀具磨损体积与材料去除量之比作为刀具体磨损率,并以此作为刀具利用率的评价指标,与传统的刀具磨损曲线对比,证明了用刀具体磨损率评价刀具磨损情况的可行性;通过车削二硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷,研究了切削速度、进给量和切削深度对刀具体磨损率的影响。结果表明:随着切削速度增加,刀具体磨损率先降低后升高;随着进给量增加,刀具体磨损率降低;随着切削深度增加,刀具体磨损率先上升后降低。同时,结合刀具磨损形貌和材料崩碎情况,分析了刀具磨损机理。
[Abstract]:The ratio of tool wear volume to material removal is taken as tool wear rate, and the tool utilization ratio is used as evaluation index. Compared with the traditional tool wear curve, the feasibility of tool wear evaluation by tool wear rate is proved. The effects of cutting speed, feed rate and cutting depth on the wear rate of the tool were studied by turning lithium disilicate glass ceramics. The results show that with the increase of cutting speed, the specific wear of the cutter decreases first and then increases; with the increase of feed rate, the specific wear rate of the cutter decreases; and with the increase of cutting depth, the specific wear of the tool increases first and then decreases. At the same time, the tool wear mechanism was analyzed according to the tool wear morphology and material breakage.
