卷对卷连续电镀半光亮镍添加剂的综合性能评价

【摘要】：建立了卷对卷高速电镀半光亮镍添加剂的镀液性能、效率性能、镀层性能、镀液成本、环保性能的实验室技术评价项目。介绍了各自的试验方法,并利用该法对4种半光亮镍添加剂的综合性能进行了量化评价,为电镀生产企业选用性能优异的镀镍添加剂提供参考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the laboratory evaluation items of bath performance, efficiency performance, coating performance, bath cost and environmental protection performance of high speed nickel additive electroplating with coiling coil are established. The test methods are introduced, and the comprehensive properties of four kinds of semi-bright nickel additives are quantitatively evaluated by this method, which provides a reference for electroplating enterprises to select nickel plating additives with excellent performance.
