锌锰干电池用代汞缓蚀剂的研究

【摘要】:2013年联合国环境规划署发文:到2020年将禁止生产、进口和出口含汞产品。我国是电池生产大国,也是消费大国。为了响应全球无汞化的号召,本论文从绿色能源、环境保护、节能减排的角度出发,开发价廉易得高效环保的代汞缓蚀剂来解决日常生活用锌锰电池的汞污染问题。本文通过Tafel极化曲线测试筛选出一些有机表面活性剂类缓蚀剂,对其结构分析后合成了一类咪唑基水溶性离子液体。对单一缓蚀剂的极化曲线测试发现:这些物质单一使用时缓蚀效率只有70%左右。将其缓蚀效果好的表面活性剂和离子液体进行L16(45)正交试验复配,得出复配后的缓蚀效率达97.92%,达国内领先水平。分别探讨了表面活性剂和离子液体对锌电极的热力学行为和缓蚀作用机理,得出:二者在锌电极表面的吸附为自发进行的,吸附规律均遵循朗格缪尔吸附等温式,20 kJ/mol|ΔGads|40 kJ/mol,属于物理-化学吸附。电化学测试后拟合的等效电路为R(CR)模型。通过循环伏安、交流阻抗研究复配缓蚀剂的缓蚀机理,得出二者间产生协同作用,降低了电池内阻,为物理-化学吸附。通过优化浆料配方和缓蚀剂用量,制得满足标准QB/T 2303-2008技术要求的绿色无汞浆层纸。用于锌锰电池中,电池各项性能达到GB 8897-2008-T技术要求,且放分时间、保持率均优于现有的低汞电池、含铋、含铟电池,具有很好的工业化推广前景。
[Abstract]:In 2013, the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) issued a ban on the production, import and export of mercury-containing products by 2020. Our country is the battery production big country, also is the consumer big country. In order to respond to the call of global mercury-free, from the point of view of green energy, environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction, this paper develops a cheap and environmentally efficient mercury substitute corrosion inhibitor to solve the mercury pollution problem of zinc manganese batteries used in daily life. In this paper, some organic surfactants corrosion inhibitors were selected by Tafel polarization curve test, and a class of imidazolyl water-soluble ionic liquids were synthesized after structure analysis. The polarization curves of a single inhibitor show that the corrosion inhibition efficiency is only about 70% when these substances are used alone. The surface active agent and ionic liquid with good corrosion inhibition effect were mixed with L16 (45) orthogonal test, and the corrosion inhibition efficiency reached 97.92, which reached the leading level in China. The thermodynamic behavior and corrosion inhibition mechanism of surface active agent and ionic liquid on zinc electrode were discussed respectively. It was concluded that the adsorption on zinc electrode was spontaneous, and the adsorption law followed Langmuir adsorption isotherm. 20 kJ/mol Gads 螖 Gads 40 kJ/mol, belongs to physicochemical adsorption. The equivalent circuit fitted after electrochemical test is R (CR) model. The corrosion inhibition mechanism of the complex corrosion inhibitor was studied by cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance, and the synergistic effect between the two was obtained, which reduced the internal resistance of the battery and was physico-chemical adsorption. The green mercury-free pulp layer paper which meets the technical requirements of standard QB/T 2303-2008 was prepared by optimizing the slurry formulation and the amount of corrosion inhibitor. The performance of Zn-Mn battery is up to the technical requirement of GB 8897-2008-T, and the separation time and retention rate are better than those of the existing low mercury battery, bismuth and indium battery.
