磷肥副产氟硅酸制备氟化钾的工艺研究

【摘要】:针对磷肥生产过程中产生的低质量分数氟硅酸不便利用或只能生产低价氟硅酸钠的问题,本文进行了采用氢氧化钾碱解副产的氟硅酸制备高价值化工产品氟化钾副产白炭黑的工艺研究,探讨了反应温度、氢氧化钾质量分数、反应终点pH值等因素对磷肥副产氟硅酸制备氟化钾的纯度和收率的影响,确定了适宜的工艺条件:反应温度为75℃、氢氧化钾质量分数为50%、反应终点pH值为9.0。在此条件下,制得的氟化钾产品纯度为98.43%,收率为78.15%;将白炭黑一次洗涤液返回系统循环使用,氟化钾产品纯度可维持在98%以上,而收率大于90%,能达到工业无水氟化钾产品的质量要求。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that low mass fraction of fluorosilicic acid produced during the production of phosphate fertilizer is inconvenient to use or can only produce low price sodium fluorosilicate, In this paper, the preparation process of high-value chemical products, potassium fluoride by-product silica, by fluorosilicic acid by alkali hydrolysis of potassium hydroxide was studied.
