铜基合金衬套端面镀铬质量的改善

【摘要】:正0前言铜及铜基合金具有优良的导热性、导电性、可塑性及一定的机械强度,在航空、航天等领域有着广泛的用途。镀铬能提高铜合金零件的硬度、耐磨性及装饰性,大大扩宽了其应用范围。但铜及铜基合金长期裸露,其表面会生成一层薄而致密的钝化膜。如果钝化膜去除不彻底,则会影响镀层的结合力。
[Abstract]:Copper and copper-based alloys have excellent thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, plasticity and certain mechanical strength, so they are widely used in aviation, aerospace and other fields. Chromium plating can improve the hardness, wear resistance and decoration of copper alloy parts. However, copper and copper-based alloys are exposed for a long time, and a thin and dense passivation film is formed on the surface. If the passivation film is not completely removed, the adhesion of the coating will be affected.
