滴流床反应器气液分布器CFD模拟

【摘要】:以溢流型滴流床反应器进口气液分布器为研究对象,利用计算流体力学方法(CFD)进行分布器的分析及开发。研究结果显示,对于大气液比、低喷淋密度的反应系统,在相同液层高度条件下,管内的气相流速显著影响过孔液速,气速较大时,液体过孔流速也相对较大。同时由于液量偏少,液体容易形成中心汇流,且难以向溢流方向的垂直方向扩散。采用双层碎流结构后能使液体在整个截面分布更均匀。
[Abstract]:The inlet gas-liquid distributor of overflow trickle bed reactor was studied. The distributor was analyzed and developed by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method. The results show that, for the reaction system with low spray density and atmospheric liquid ratio, the gas velocity in the tube has a significant effect on the velocity of the porous liquid under the same liquid layer height, and when the gas velocity is larger, the velocity of the liquid passing through the pore is relatively larger. At the same time, the liquid is easy to form a central confluence due to the small amount of liquid, and it is difficult to diffuse to the vertical direction of overflow. The liquid distribution in the whole cross section can be more uniform with the double layer flow structure.
