磷铝酸盐水泥基灌浆材料流变性能及保水性能
[Abstract]:The solidification of high radioactive waste with low pH value cement-based material has a good advantage, and the rheological property of cement based grouting material is one of the important indexes to evaluate the grouting material for deep geological disposal of high-level radioactive waste. The effects of water cement ratio and admixture on the rheological and water retention properties of phosphoaluminate cement were investigated. The results show that the higher the water-cement ratio, the smaller the viscosity and the better the fluidity of the slurry, but the more unstable the slurry is, the easier it is to separate. The viscosity of the slurry was increased with the addition of Mg O expansive agent, and the higher the swelling agent activity was, the worse the rheological property of the slurry was. Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether and sodium bentonite were added to improve the water retention of cement paste. The water retention effect of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether was better than that of sodium bentonite. The viscosity of the slurry was reduced by adding water reducer, and the water reducing effect of polycarboxylic acid water reducer was better than that of naphthalene series water reducer, and the stability of slurry was decreased with the addition of water reducing agent.
