醋酸纤维素正渗透膜的制备及性能研究

【摘要】:以醋酸纤维素(CA)为成膜材料,不锈钢网为支撑层,采用相转化法制备CA正渗透膜。研究了CA浓度、溶剂和添加剂种类、凝固浴温度、热处理温度及不锈钢网目数对膜性能(水通量和截留率)的影响,并采用显微镜对膜的表面和断面形貌进行了表征。结果表明,当CA质量分数为4%,溶剂为丙酮和1,4-二氧六环的混合溶剂,添加剂为甲醇和乳酸混合添加剂,凝固浴温度为20℃,热处理温度为80℃,不锈钢网目数为500目时,所制备的正渗透膜性能最佳。利用0.1 mol/L的Na Cl为原料液,2 mol/L的葡萄糖为汲取液,室温条件下,膜的分离层朝向原料液时,所制备的正渗透膜的水通量为2.6 L/(m~2·h),对Na Cl的截留率为99.86%。
[Abstract]:Using cellulose acetate (CA) as film-forming material and stainless steel mesh as supporting layer, CA orthosmotic membrane was prepared by phase inversion method. The effects of CA concentration, solvents and additives, coagulation bath temperature, heat treatment temperature and mesh number of stainless steel on the film properties (water flux and retention) were studied. The surface and cross section morphology of the film were characterized by microscope. The results show that when the mass fraction of CA is 4, the solvent is a mixture of acetone and 1-dioxane, the additive is a mixture of methanol and lactic acid, the coagulation bath temperature is 20 鈩,
