负载掺杂二氧化钛ACF的制备及其光催化性能研究

【摘要】:TiO2具有光催化活性高、氧化能力强、化学性质稳定、成本低、无毒等优点,在抗菌、除臭以及环境净化等方面应用广泛。但TiO2作为催化剂时,太阳能利用率低,光生载流子易复合,且回收使用困难,使其在工业化应用方面受到较大限制。因此,需要对纳米TiO2进行掺杂改性和负载化。通过掺杂可以引起光催化剂对可见光的响应,并且能降低光生载流子的复合几率;而负载能够有效防止纳米粒子产生团聚,便于回收再利用。本论文将掺杂改性TiO2涂覆到ACF表面,重点研究了所制得的材料在模拟太阳光下的光催化活性和重复使用效果。主要研究内容和结论如下:1、以粘胶基非织造布为原料,用磷酸活化法制备出了吸附性能较高的ACF,测试得到的ACF的吸附性能和得率。结果表明:磷酸质量浓度40%,浸渍时间16h,活化温度450℃,活化时间100min,所得ACF对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能最好,亚甲基蓝吸附量达到239.2mg/L,产品得率为39.4%。影响ACF对亚甲基蓝吸附能力的因素权重大小为C(活化温度)B(浸渍时间)D(活化时间)A(磷酸浓度)。2、将粘胶基非织造布分别浸入N、Ni单独掺杂及N、Ni共掺杂Ti02溶胶中,然后通过磷酸浸渍、高温煅烧制得了掺杂TiO2/ACF光催化材料,并对光催化材料进行XRD、 SEM、FT-IR以及UV-Vis DRS表征。结果表明光催化材料成型良好,几乎没有纤维断裂,且具有明显的三维立体结构。掺杂Ti02颗粒均匀分布在ACF表面。在制备的光催化材料中,TiO2均为锐钛矿型和金红石型混晶结构,并且粒径较小。N和Ni共掺杂产生了协同效应,使试样的光吸收曲线发生红移,而且减少了光生载流子间的复合,提高了光量子利用效率。3、制备了N掺杂TiO2/ACF光催化材料,研究了N掺杂量、煅烧温度和材料重复使用对N掺杂TiO2/ACF光催化活性的影响。结果表明,N掺杂量对材料的光催化性能有着较大的影响,当N掺杂量为0.5光催化性能较好。在300℃~600℃范围内,随着煅烧温度的升高,亚甲基蓝溶液的脱色率呈现先上升后下降的趋势。随着浸渍次数的增加,亚甲基蓝溶液的脱色率先增加后下降。在500℃煅烧100min, N掺杂量为0.5的光催化材料对亚甲基蓝溶液的脱色率较高;连续使用3次,脱色率仍高于9O%。4、制备了N、Ni共掺杂TiO2/ACF光催化材料,研究了不同因素对N、Ni共掺杂TiO2/ACF光催化性能的影响。结果表明:粘胶基非织造布浸渍3次N掺杂量为0.5,Ni掺入量为0.01的溶胶,并在500℃条件下煅烧,获得光催化材料N0.5Ni0.01TiO2/ACF-3,其光催化活性最好,光照60min时,亚甲基蓝脱色率达到96.2%。并且重复使用N0.5Ni0.01TiO2/ACF-3试样5次后,对亚甲基蓝溶液的脱色率仍然在90%以上。
[Abstract]:TiO2 has the advantages of high photocatalytic activity, strong oxidation ability, stable chemical properties, low cost, non-toxic and so on. It is widely used in antibacterial, deodorization and environmental purification. However, when TiO2 is used as catalyst, solar energy utilization is low, photogenerated carriers are easy to be recombined, and recycling is difficult, which makes it limited in industrial application. Therefore, it is necessary to modify and support nanometer TiO2. Doping can cause the photocatalyst to respond to visible light and reduce the recombination probability of photogenerated carriers, while the loading can effectively prevent the aggregation of nanoparticles and facilitate the recovery and reuse. In this paper, the doped modified TiO2 was coated on the surface of ACF, and the photocatalytic activity and reusing effect of the prepared materials under simulated solar light were studied. The main contents and conclusions are as follows: 1. The adsorption properties and yield of ACF with high adsorption property were prepared by phosphoric acid activation method using viscose based nonwovens as raw material. The results showed that the methylene blue adsorbed by ACF was the best, the adsorption capacity of methylene blue was 239.2 mg / L, the yield of product was 39.4%, the mass concentration of phosphoric acid was 40%, the impregnation time was 16 h, the activation temperature was 450 鈩,
