纤蛇纹石纤维增强轻质多孔硅藻砖

【摘要】:以硅藻土、纤蛇纹石、高岭土为原料,通过压力成型和高温煅烧制备了轻质多孔的硅藻砖。继而系统研究了这种硅藻砖的容重、吸水率、显气孔率、断裂模数、吸放湿等物理性能,并采用X射线衍射和扫描电镜对硅藻砖的结构与形貌进行了表征分析。结果表明:随着纤蛇纹石含量以及煅烧温度的增加,硅藻砖的吸水率、孔隙率逐渐下降,但是断裂模数显著增加。当纤蛇纹石含量为10wt%、煅烧温度为900℃时,硅藻砖的断裂模数超过10 MPa,容重仅为1.18 g/cm~3,显气孔率高达47.97%,具有高强、轻质、多孔特点,并兼具良好的吸放湿性能。
[Abstract]:Using diatomite, serpentine and kaolin as raw materials, lightweight porous diatomite bricks were prepared by pressure molding and high temperature calcination. Then the physical properties of the diatom brick, such as bulk density, water absorption, apparent porosity, fracture modulus, moisture absorption and desorption, were systematically studied, and the structure and morphology of the diatom brick were characterized and analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The results show that with the increase of serpentine content and calcination temperature, the water absorption and porosity of diatom brick decrease gradually, but the modulus of fracture increases significantly.
