超白玻璃用石英砂提纯研究

【摘要】:我国高质量的石英砂储存量非常有限,远不能满足社会对超白玻璃生产的需求,如何将普通石英砂提纯到高品质的石英砂是当今工业生产面临的重要问题。提高普通石英砂的品质实质上就是大幅度除去石英矿物中除SiO2以外的杂质,达到工业生产对石英砂纯度的要求,对超白玻璃而言,主要是Fe杂质。本论文以松岭砂岩为研究对象,采用混合酸浸的方法对石英原料进行提纯,将松岭砂中的Fe杂质含量降到80ppm以下。研究主要分为以下几个方面:(1)采用正交设计实验的方法研究混合酸的用量配比对石英砂中Fe杂质去除的影响;(2)酸浸时间对石英砂中Fe杂质去除的影响;(3)超声波的使用对石英砂中Fe杂质去除的影响;(4)煅烧处理对石英砂中Fe杂质去除的影响;(5)磁选对石英砂中Fe杂质去除的影响。实验采用原子吸收的方法检测石英砂中Fe杂质含量,用标准筛对原砂进行粒度分析,X射线衍射仪进行物相分析和SEM-EDS对处理的石英砂进行形貌和元素分析。结果表明:有超声波和搅拌的条件下,50℃时酸浸的混酸体积比为酸I:酸II:酸III=8:7:1时效果最佳,经处理23h后石英砂中的Fe含量由原来的2661.25ppm降到60.2ppm;若先经470℃煅烧并保温1h,再经混酸处理2h后,石英砂中的Fe杂质降到53.3ppm,大大缩短了化学处理时间和生产周期;20℃常温酸浸处理时,由于混酸的活性较低,在有磁选和煅烧的前提下,混酸酸浸2h后,Fe杂质降到54.9ppm,满足超白玻璃用原料(ρFe≤80ppm)的工业应用要求。
[Abstract]:The storage of high quality quartz sand in China is very limited, which is far from meeting the social demand for super white glass production. how to purify ordinary quartz sand into high quality quartz sand is an important problem in industrial production. In essence, improving the quality of ordinary quartz sand is to greatly remove the impurities except SiO2 in quartz minerals, and to meet the requirements of industrial production for the purity of quartz sand. For ultra-white glass, the main impurities are Fe impurities. In this paper, Songling sandstone was used as the research object, and the mixed acid leaching method was used to purify the quartz raw material, and the Fe impurity content in Songling sand was reduced to less than 80ppm. The research is mainly divided into the following aspects: (1) the effect of the ratio of mixed acid on the removal of Fe impurities in quartz sand, (2) the effect of acid leaching time on the removal of Fe impurities in quartz sand, (3) the effect of ultrasonic wave on the removal of Fe impurities in quartz sand, (4) the effect of calcination treatment on the removal of Fe impurities in quartz sand, and (4) the effect of calcination treatment on the removal of Fe impurities in quartz sand. (5) the effect of magnetic separation on the removal of Fe impurities in quartz sand. The content of Fe impurities in quartz sand was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). The particle size of the raw sand was analyzed by standard screen, the phase analysis was carried out by X-ray diffractometer and the morphology and element analysis of the treated quartz sand were carried out by SEM-EDS. The results show that under the condition of ultrasonic wave and stirring, the volume ratio of acid leaching to acid I: acid II: acid III=8:7:1 is the best, and the Fe content in quartz sand decreases from the original 2661.25ppm to 60.2 ppm after 23 h treatment, and the Fe impurity in quartz sand is reduced to 53.3ppm after calcination at 470鈩,
