800 MPa级螺旋箍筋约束RPC100圆柱轴心受压性能试验研究

1993年,法国Bouygues实验室研制出了活性粉末混凝土(Reactive powder concrete,简称RPC)。RPC是由水泥、活性矿物掺合料、石英砂、高效减水剂以及水按一定比例搅拌后在一定养护条件下结硬的新型水泥基复合材料,它具有超高强度、超高韧性和优异耐久性等优点。RPC中不含粗骨料,不存在胶凝体与粗骨料之间的初始裂缝,使得RPC在受力之后,不存在由于胶凝体与骨料之间微裂缝的发展而引起横向膨胀的问题。因此,在竖向荷载作用下,RPC的受力性能将呈现新特点,所以研究螺旋式箍筋对RPC的约束作用具有现实意义。本文以800 MPa级螺旋箍筋约束RPC100圆柱轴心受压性能试验研究为题,开展了以下几个方面的工作:(1)通过试验得到了所研究的RPC抗压强度、峰值压应变、弹性模量、泊松比等力学性能指标。同时,通过试验得到了HRB600钢筋的屈服强度、抗拉强度、屈服应变、最大力下的拉应变等力学性能指标以及800 MPa级中等强度预应力钢丝的比例极限、名义屈服强度、抗拉强度、最大力下的拉应变等力学性能指标,以及获得了HRB600钢筋和PC800级中等强度预应力钢丝的应力-应变关系曲线;...
