Preparation and Characteristic of Self-floating Silica

  本文通过一种简便且经济的溶胶-凝胶法研究自漂浮疏水性二氧化硅颗粒。该方法是通过发生水解和缩合反应建立的,其中原硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和合成产物(十八烷基2-((3-(三乙氧基硅烷基)丙基)氨基)乙酸酯)用作引发剂,用不同比例的TEOS:SP合成二氧化硅颗粒。在玻璃基板上以羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮(1173))为光引发剂,液体中的二氧化硅颗粒和粉末二氧化硅颗粒以不同重量百分比在聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯中进行光聚合(UV-365,光强为22 mW/cm 2下反应60s),在这个过程中,大部分二氧化硅经历了自浮,但有一点残留在下面。已证实TEOS与SP的比例对该聚合物膜的疏水性,粗糙度和光泽性质具有高度影响。已经发现,无论使用液体二氧化硅颗粒或者二氧化硅粉末颗粒,1:5比例时聚合物薄膜的疏水性和粗糙度最大,光泽性最小。因此所有的测试结果都是使用液体中的二氧化硅。0.5-3 wt%的离心二氧化硅薄膜的光泽性比液体二氧化硅颗粒的光泽性高,超过该范围直至5 wt%时,光泽度下降甚至比液体二氧化硅颗粒的光泽度更小。进行FTIR研究以鉴定所制备材料中的各种官能团,然后分别进行TEM和SEM以研究粒度...
