生物乙醇吸附增强式化学链重整制氢:反应器建模与过程模拟

本文开展了吸附增强式化学链重整(SECLR)乙醇制氢工艺方面的研究,采用热力学分析方法,研究了稳态条件下SECLR的各项参数对工艺过程的影响,分析了氧化镍与蒸汽的摩尔比(NiO/S)、氧化钙与乙醇的摩尔比(CaO/C2)、温度、压力等参数对SECLR过程重整反应器性能的影响规律。重整反应器的性能表明,在NiO/S摩尔比为0.1875、温度为500°C下、CaO/C2的比为2、蒸气与乙醇摩尔比(S/C2)为4时,每mol乙醇能够产出4.992 mol纯度为98.68%的H2。然后,对SECLR的过程模拟进行了研究,为了满足过程自热运行要求,碳收率的影响设为0、1%和5%,考察了各种氧化镍与乙醇摩尔比(NiO/C2)对工艺过程的影响。过程模拟表明,在NiO/C2为0.645、CaO/C2为2、S/C2为4及每摩尔乙醇产碳量为0.005mol的条件下,每摩尔乙醇所产的H2为5.051 mol、纯度...
