【摘要】:文章以包钢生产的07系列压力容器钢为实验材料,进行了调质热处理工艺研究,探讨了淬火温度、时间及回火温度对实验钢组织和性能的影响。最终确定了不同厚度规格实验钢板的淬火温度为900~920℃,回火温度则根据厚度控制在600~650℃,研究结果为实际生产中热处理工艺的制定提供了理论依据。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the quenching and tempering process of 07 series pressure vessel steel produced by Baotou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd is studied, and the quenching temperature is discussed. The effect of time and tempering temperature on the microstructure and properties of the experimental steel was studied.
