边裂纹材料的双面加固仿真模拟分析

【摘要】:为使结构在出现裂纹时还能保持使用强度,运用ABAQUS软件中的扩展有限元模块,建立带有相同边裂纹的两种不同铝板的有限元模型——不加固铝板和双面加固铝板,对两种铝板施加位移边界条件,分析比较两者的力学性能,得到两者裂纹附近的应力和位移云图,计算出相同时间范围内的应力强度因子,预测了裂纹扩展路径。研究结果与相关实验数据相吻合,说明加固的铝板具有更高的强度和抵抗裂纹扩展的能力,可以延长使用寿命。
[Abstract]:In order to maintain the strength of the structure when cracks occur, the extended finite element module in ABAQUS software is used. The finite element models of two kinds of aluminum plates with the same edge cracks are established, which are not strengthened aluminum plates and double sides strengthened aluminum plates, and the displacement boundary conditions are applied to the two kinds of aluminum plates, and the mechanical properties of the two kinds of aluminum plates are analyzed and compared. The stress and displacement clouds near the cracks are obtained, the stress intensity factors in the same time range are calculated, and the crack propagation paths are predicted. The results agree well with the experimental data. The results show that the strengthened aluminum plate has higher strength and resistance to crack growth, which can prolong the service life.
