【摘要】:对安装与未安装两种形式口盖锁进行了实验室加速腐蚀试验,通过蚀坑深度和力矩差(松脱力矩与拧紧力矩的差值)研究了A286口盖锁的腐蚀行为,分析了装配过程及装配应力对口盖锁腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:安装口盖锁的腐蚀程度明显高于未安装口盖锁的;未安装口盖锁的主要腐蚀形式是接触腐蚀,而安装类口盖锁的主要腐蚀形式是接触腐蚀和应力腐蚀;应力腐蚀对口盖锁腐蚀的影响比接触腐蚀的更大。
[Abstract]:The laboratory accelerated corrosion tests were carried out for both installed and uninstalled seal locks. The corrosion behavior of A286 cap locks was studied by the difference of pit depth and torque (the difference between loosening torque and tightening moment). The effect of assembly process and assembly stress on the corrosion behavior of the cap lock is analyzed. The results show that the corrosion degree of the installed lock is obviously higher than that of the uninstalled lock. Contact corrosion is the main corrosion form of the uninstalled cap lock, while contact corrosion and stress corrosion are the main corrosion forms of the installed cover lock. The effect of stress corrosion on lock corrosion is greater than contact corrosion.
