【摘要】:高、精、尖产品往往都装配一些具有镜面光洁度的零件,这些零件都需要采用各种抛光技术进行加工。抛光技术被越来越广泛应用于各个行业中。工业中成熟的抛光技术普遍存在加工形式粗放、尺寸精度稳定性不高、加工效率低、污染环境等不足,制约着工厂对抛光产品的大批量生产。开展高效、优质、环保的抛光技术具有重要的实用价值。本文通过理论分析与实验论证方法对湿性机械抛光机理、抛光效率、抛光工艺参数优化及其应用技术等关键问题进行了系统的研究。本研究的主要工作和成果为:(1)开展了湿性机械抛光机理的研究,结合经典Preston方程,建立了抛光材料去除率理论模型。利用该理论模型针对抛光轮的几何物理属性(弹性模量、泊松比)、抛光工艺参数(抛光轮转速、工件转速与抛光法向压力)与材料去除率进行了定量分析研究。研究工作为揭示抛光工艺参数对抛光效率的影响规律提供了理论依据。(2)针对抛光工艺参数(抛光轮转速、工件转速与抛光法向压力)进行单因素试验,对比分析了试验结果与数值仿真,验证了材料去除率理论模型的合理性,为优化抛光工艺参数提供了理论依据。(3)针对粗抛光工艺与精抛光工艺分别进行正交实验,选取材料去除深度H和表面粗糙度Ra作为实验评价标准,抛光轮转速、工件转速、工件偏移速度、抛光法向压力和抛光滴液间隔作为实验主要影响因素。根据实验结果得出影响程度排列和较优工艺参数组合,为后续抛光生产加工提供实验基础。(4)根据抛光生产存在的产品质量问题和生产效率低等问题进行了工艺优化,提高了生产效率,保证了加工质量。研究工作丰富了机械抛光理论,降低了制造企业的生产成本,提升市场竞争力。
[Abstract]:High, fine and sharp products are often equipped with parts with mirror finish. These parts need to be processed by various polishing techniques. Polishing technology is more and more widely used in various industries. The mature polishing technology in industry generally exists extensive processing form and the dimensional accuracy stability is not high. Low processing efficiency, environmental pollution and other deficiencies restrict the factory to produce polishing products in large quantities, and carry out high efficiency and high quality. Environmental protection polishing technology has important practical value. In this paper, the polishing mechanism and polishing efficiency of wettable machinery are studied by theoretical analysis and experimental demonstration. The key problems such as the optimization of polishing process parameters and their application techniques are systematically studied. The main work and results of this study are as follows: 1) the research on the polishing mechanism of wettable machinery has been carried out. Based on the classical Preston equation, a theoretical model of material removal rate is established, which is used to analyze the geometric and physical properties (elastic modulus, Poisson's ratio) of the polishing wheel. Polishing process parameters (rotation speed of polishing wheel). The quantitative analysis of workpiece rotation speed and polishing normal pressure) and material removal rate were carried out. The research provides a theoretical basis for revealing the influence of polishing process parameters on polishing efficiency. For polishing process parameters (polishing wheel speed). Single factor experiment was carried out on the rotating speed of workpiece and the normal pressure of polishing. The results of test and numerical simulation were compared to verify the rationality of the theoretical model of material removal rate. In order to optimize the polishing process parameters, a theoretical basis is provided. (3) orthogonal experiments are carried out for coarse polishing process and finishing polishing process, and the material removal depth H and surface roughness Ra are selected as the experimental evaluation criteria. Polishing wheel speed, workpiece speed, workpiece offset speed, polishing normal pressure and polishing droplet interval are the main factors affecting the experiment. According to the experimental results, the influence degree of the arrangement and the optimal combination of process parameters are obtained. To provide experimental basis for subsequent polishing production and processing. (4) according to the problems of product quality and low production efficiency in polishing production, the process optimization is carried out, and the production efficiency is improved. The research enriches the theory of mechanical polishing, reduces the production cost of manufacturing enterprises and promotes the market competitiveness.
