【摘要】:以某大型机床床身为研究对象,在对铸件结构充分分析的基础上,设计了底注式多内浇道浇注系统和均布顶冒口铸造工艺。通过Any Casting软件完成铸件成型过程的模拟仿真,以模拟结果为依据,对原工艺的浇注系统、冒口、冷铁进行了优化,并确定出浇注温度1320℃,浇注速度1.2 m/s为最佳工艺参数。使用优化后工艺及参数得到的铸件质量理想,铸件质量达到验收标准。
