输电铁塔用大规格角钢低温性能研究

【摘要】:为低温地区选择合适的输电铁塔用大规格角钢,防止铁塔因构件发生低温脆性断裂而引起破坏。通过室温和低温条件下的拉伸和冲击试验,研究了输电铁塔用Q345B、Q420B的大角钢的强度、塑性和韧度。结果表明,从-40℃到室温,大角钢具有良好的低温强度性能和低温塑性,随温度的降低材料的冲击韧度和断裂韧度逐渐变差,试验Q345B、Q420B韧脆转变温度分别约为-22和-20℃,工程条件启裂CTOD值在0℃时分别为0.352和0.271mm,在0℃以上均发生韧性断裂。
[Abstract]:Suitable large angle steel for transmission tower in low temperature area is selected to prevent damage caused by brittle fracture at low temperature. Tensile and impact tests at room temperature and low temperature are carried out. The strength, plasticity and toughness of Q345B / Q420B large angle steel used in transmission tower are studied. The results show that the large angle steel has good low temperature strength property and low temperature plasticity from -40 鈩,
