AZ31镁合金搅拌摩擦点焊温度场的检测及数值模拟分析

【摘要】:以AZ31镁合金搅拌摩擦点焊过程为研究对象,分析搅拌头不同转速和压入速度对焊接过程温度场的影响。温度场的测定主要通过将两个热电偶分别植入搅拌头轴肩和搅拌针顶端。试验结果表明,搅拌头最高温度随转速增加而增加,所得最高温度为532.530℃,最高升温速率为93.974℃/s,而同一转速下压入速度对最高温度没有影响。使用Deform-3D软件进行AZ31镁合金搅拌摩擦点焊过程温度场数值模拟分析,数值模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合。
[Abstract]:The friction stir spot welding process of AZ31 magnesium alloy was studied. The effect of different rotating speed and impinging speed on the temperature field of the welding process is analyzed. The temperature field is mainly measured by inserting two thermocouples into the shaft shoulder of the mixing head and the top of the needle respectively. The test results show that.
