高强钢丝生产工艺的热模拟研究

【摘要】:利用热模拟仪、组织观察和维氏硬度测量等手段,研究了变形温度、保温温度和冷却速度对高强钢丝组织和性能的影响。结果表明:变形温度T1对材料的索氏体化率影响较小;冷速V的增大或保温温度T2的降低,均可以促进材料的索氏体化率增大,珠光体片层间距和珠光体团尺寸减小。在试验条件下,最佳工艺参数为T1=900℃、V=30℃/s、T2=580℃,此时的维氏硬度(HV10)最高。
[Abstract]:The deformation temperature was studied by means of thermal simulator, microstructure observation and Vickers hardness measurement. The effect of heat preservation temperature and cooling rate on the microstructure and properties of high strength steel wire was investigated. The results showed that deformation temperature T1 had little effect on the Soxhlet rate of the material. The increase of cooling rate V or the decrease of holding temperature T 2 can promote the increase of Soxhlet rate, the decrease of the lamellar spacing of pearlite and the size of pearlite. The optimum technological parameters were as follows: t _ (1) C _ (900) C / V _ (30) C / S ~ (2 +) T _ (2) C = 580 鈩,
