固溶温度对马氏体时效钢00Cr13Ni7Co5Mo4Ti组织和力学性能的影响

【摘要】:本文研究了马氏体时效不锈钢固溶温度对其组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,固溶温度对00Cr13Ni7Co5Mo4Ti马氏体时效不锈钢固溶态拉伸性能影响不大,塑性基本不随固溶温度的升高而变化,对马氏体固溶态组织的影响比较微弱。经分析选择1050℃作为固溶温度,可保证在强度足够大的情况下,钢的韧性达到最大值,同时获得理想的时效硬度。
[Abstract]:The effect of solution temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of maraging stainless steel was studied. The solution temperature has little effect on the tensile properties of 00Cr13Ni7Co5Mo4Ti maraging stainless steel, but the plasticity does not change with the increase of solution temperature.
