内冷式机械搅拌法制备半固态铝合金的研究

【摘要】:采用内冷式搅拌法制备了Al-7Si半固态浆料,研究在不同熔体搅拌初始温度、搅拌头质量占比、搅拌速率、取样温度下合金半固态组织的变化,以及对初生α-Al平均晶粒尺寸和形状因子的影响,分析了内冷式搅拌生成细小近球形组织的机理。结果表明,在熔体搅拌初始温度为625℃,搅拌头质量为5%,搅拌速率为1 200r/min,取样温度为600℃时,能够制备出初生α-Al晶粒细小圆整的半固态浆料,其平均晶粒尺寸和形状因子分别可以达到64.21μm和0.649 0。
[Abstract]:Al-7Si semi-solid slurry was prepared by internal cooling stirring method. The microstructure of semi-solid alloy was studied at different melt stirring temperature, mixing head mass ratio, stirring rate and sampling temperature. The effect of the average grain size and shape factor on the average grain size and shape factor of primary 伪 -Al was analyzed. The mechanism of formation of fine near-spherical microstructure by internal cooling stirring was analyzed. The results showed that the initial temperature of melt stirring was 625 鈩,
