ZCuSn10合金半固态流变挤压件显微组织的演变

【摘要】:采用常规铸造和转棒诱导形核法制备ZCuSn10合金,研究制浆工艺对ZCuSn10合金半固态挤压件显微组织的影响,并结合最佳工艺制备法兰件,分析法兰件内部组织的演变规律。结果表明,不同制浆工艺对ZCuSn10合金挤压件显微组织的影响不同,挤压件内部组织基本与浆料组织保持一致。利用转棒转速为500r/min制备的浆料挤压法兰件,可获得固液协同流动性良好的显微组织,试样压头处散热较快,微观组织以固相为主;试样中部及试样前段均为固液两相共存的颗粒状或近球状半固态显微组织。
[Abstract]:ZCuSn10 alloy was prepared by conventional casting and rotor-induced nucleation method. The effect of pulping process on microstructure of semi-solid extruded parts of ZCuSn10 alloy was studied. The evolution of internal structure of flange was analyzed in combination with the best process. The effect of different pulping processes on the microstructure of ZCuSn10 alloy extruded parts is different. The internal structure of extruded parts is basically the same as that of slurry. The microstructures with good fluidity of solid and liquid can be obtained, the heat dissipation at the pressure head of the sample is faster, the microstructure is mainly solid phase, and the central part of the sample and the front section of the sample are both granular or near-spherical microstructures with solid and liquid phases coexisting together.
