不同荷载工况下高层薄壁钢结构的抗震性能研究

【摘要】:与传统的建筑钢结构不同,冷弯薄壁钢结构的动力稳定性与其荷载分布相关。以单/双列薄壁钢结构立体货架为例,通过有限元数值计算研究了不同荷载分布及其模态振型的变化规律;考虑梁柱节点的滞回特性,以施加加速度激励的方式分别在巷道和垂直巷道两个方向上对单双列货架进行了地震动反应谱分析。结果显示,荷载分布对货架垂直巷道方向的动力稳定性敏感;地震冲击造成钢结构底部层间位移角增大,从而导致结构性坍塌。拉杆增强设计有利于改善薄壁钢结构的动力稳定性,为基于抗震性能的空间拓扑优化提供了参考。
[Abstract]:Unlike traditional steel structures, the dynamic stability of cold-formed thin-walled steel structures is related to their load distribution. The variation law of different load distribution and modal mode is studied by finite element method, and the hysteretic characteristic of Liang Zhu joint is considered. The ground motion response spectrum of single and double rows of shelves is analyzed in both directions of roadway and vertical roadway by applying acceleration excitation. The results show that the load distribution is sensitive to the dynamic stability of the vertical roadway direction of the shelf. The seismic shock results in the increase of the displacement angle between the bottom layers of the steel structure, which leads to the structural collapse. The strengthening design of the tension bar is helpful to improve the dynamic stability of the thin-walled steel structure, and provides a reference for the spatial topology optimization based on the seismic behavior.
