复合添加Ti和Sr对AA4043铝合金焊丝变质和AA6082 TIG焊接接头力学性能的影响(英文)

【摘要】:为提高采用AA4043焊丝焊接的AA6082钨极氩弧焊接头的力学性能,研究了元素Ti和Sr对连铸连轧AA4043焊丝的影响。结果表明:元素Ti、Sr变质效果较好,可以改善AA4043焊丝的显微组织,并提高AA6082焊缝的力学性能。与单独添加元素Ti或Sr相比,复合添加两种元素可以同时高效地变质α(Al)枝晶和共晶Si相。此外,元素Ti、Sr可以改善AA6082焊缝的显微组织,当复合添加0.08%Ti和0.025%Sr时,AA6082焊缝的抗拉强度达到最大。结果表明,Ti和Sr的复合添加可以实现较好的变质效果。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the mechanical properties of AA6082 TIG welding joints welded with AA4043 wire, the effects of Ti and Sr on the continuous casting and rolling AA4043 welding wire were studied. The results showed that the modification effect of TIB Sr element was better and the microstructure of AA4043 wire could be improved. The mechanical properties of AA6082 welds were improved. Compared with Ti or Sr alone, both 伪 -Al dendrite and eutectic Si phases could be modified efficiently by adding two kinds of elements, and the microstructure of AA6082 welds could be improved. When adding 0.08 Ti and 0.025 Sr, the tensile strength of the weld joint AA6082 reaches the maximum. The results show that the composite addition of Ti and Sr can achieve a better metamorphic effect.
