【摘要】:1810生产线在减薄时,经常出现轧制状态不稳定,头部无法正常咬入,轧制速度不匹配,精轧的活套控制精度不高,精轧出口温度和卷取温度不良,板型不良等原因导致减薄无法进行。通过优化轧钢数学模型参数,提升对热轧模型和温度控制模型的预报水平和系统适应性,有效提高轧钢系统对薄规格产品轧制的稳定性和成材率以及自动化控制精度。使薄规格产品(厚度1.6 mm至1.0 mm)能够稳定轧制,进而扩大新品种的开发。
[Abstract]:The 1810 production line in thinning, often rolling state is not stable, the head can not be normal bite, rolling speed does not match the looper control precision finishing is not high, the export of finishing temperature and coiling temperature, plate and other causes adverse thinning can not be carried out. By optimizing the parameters of steel rolling mathematical model, to enhance adaptive prediction level and system of hot rolling model and temperature control model, effectively improve the system stability of rolling rolling thin products and finished product rate and automation control precision. The thin products (thickness of 1.6 mm to 1 mm) can stabilize the rolling, and then expand the development of new varieties.
