激光—电弧复合焊不同引导方式对其焊接成形质量的影响研究

【摘要】:为了研究激光-电弧复合焊不同引导方式对铝合金焊接成形质量的影响,采用YAG激光-MIG电弧复合热源对10mm厚5083铝合金板进行平板堆焊试验,并采用HANNOVER电弧分析仪、高速摄像机、金相显微镜等设备研究不同引导方式下焊缝宏观组织和微观组织的影响。研究表明,不同引导方式对焊缝成形有较大影响。电弧引导激光焊接(Arc-laser hybrid welding leading,AL)时,激光与电弧两热源的耦合效果好,焊缝截面成型良好,为典型的"蘑菇"状;激光引导电弧焊接(Laser-Arc hybrid welding leading,LL)激光电弧作用区主要为等轴细晶粒,AL为明显的等轴树枝晶和细小的等轴晶粒。同时二者接头焊缝中心硬度值均略低于焊缝中心到熔合线之间的硬度值。LL焊接较AL时熔池振荡严重,熔滴易呈爆炸倾向过渡。
[Abstract]:In order to study the laser arc hybrid welding with different welding guide way influence the forming quality of Aluminum Alloy, using YAG laser -MIG arc hybrid welding of 10mm thick 5083 Aluminum Alloy plate plate welding test, and the HANNOVER arc analyzer, high-speed camera, microscope and other effects of equipment under different guiding modes under the macrostructure and microstructure of the weld. The study shows that the different boot mode has a great influence on the formation of weld arc guide. Laser welding (Arc-laser hybrid welding leading, AL), coupling effect of laser and arc heat source two, the cross section of the weld forming is good, is a typical "mushroom" shape; laser guided arc welding (Laser-Arc hybrid welding leading, LL) laser arc zone is equiaxed fine grain, AL obvious equiaxed dendrite and fine equiaxed grains. At the same time the two weld center hardness values are omitted When the hardness value of.LL is lower than that between the weld center and the fusion line, the molten pool oscillates seriously when the welding is more than AL, and the droplet tends to be explosive.
