【摘要】:TIG-MIG复合焊综合了纯氩气保护气氛下熔化极惰性气体焊的高效特性以及钨极氩弧焊的高质量特性的一种焊接方法。详细介绍了前导电弧、TIG-MIG平衡电流、TIG-MIG电极之间距离以及TIG-MIG焊枪之间角度对TIG-MIG焊接性能的影响以及在TIG-MIG焊接实例研究中取得的阶段性成果,并探讨了目前TIG-MIG复合焊研究存在的问题以及未来可行的研究方向。
[Abstract]:TIG-MIG composite welding synthesizes the high efficiency characteristic of inert gas welding in pure argon atmosphere and a welding method of high quality characteristic of TIG welding. The distance between TIG-MIG equilibrium current and TIG-MIG electrode of TIG-MIG is introduced in detail. The influence of the angle between the TIG-MIG welding torch on the welding performance of TIG-MIG, as well as the stage results obtained in the research of the TIG-MIG welding example, The problems existing in the research of TIG-MIG composite welding and the possible research directions in the future are also discussed.
