基于情感化设计的数控机床面板设计方法研究

【摘要】:目的使数控机床面板造型设计更加人性化,更符合用户的情感需求。方法以情感化设计相关理论为基础,选取典型机床面板样本,运用感性工学中的语意差异法和因子分析法,对产品形态要素进行分解研究。结果确定了机床面板造型的情感化影响因子,找到了机床面板的意象语义与形态设计要素之间的对应关系。结论综合运用三层次理论和感性工学方法,为其他种类的工业设备面板情感化分析提供一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to make the design of NC machine panel more humanized and more in line with the emotional needs of users. Methods based on the theory of emotional design, the typical machine panel samples were selected, and the semantic difference method and factor analysis method in perceptual engineering were used. The decomposition of product form elements was carried out. The result determined the emotional influence factors of machine tool panel modeling. The corresponding relationship between image semantics and morphological design elements of machine tool panel is found. Conclusion the three-level theory and perceptual engineering method are used synthetically to provide certain reference value for emotional analysis of other kinds of industrial equipment panels.
